Xiomara serves as Senior Legal Assistant at Avalon Law Firm, where she supports the firm’s pre-litigation department and helps oversee legal assistant operations.

Before joining Avalon Law Firm, Xiomara earned her law degree and legal license in her home country of Peru, where she gained experience in estate planning and probate law. Although she had no prior experience in personal injury, her work ethic, passion for law, and ability to learn quickly allowed her to excel in the practice area. Within just 11 months of joining the firm, Xiomara was promoted to Senior Legal Assistant.

Today, Xiomara supports case coordination, medical records and billing, communication with healthcare providers and insurance companies, and the preparation of legal correspondence. She also serves as a mentor to the firm’s legal assistants, helping maintain the high standards and collaborative culture that define Avalon Law Firm.
