Tiba serves as a Legal Assistant at Avalon Law Firm, providing administrative and operational support across the firm’s pre-litigation department, with a primary focus on motor vehicle accident cases.

Her path to Avalon Law Firm was an unconventional one. After contacting the firm regarding a family member’s potential personal injury case, her insightful questions and initiative in investigating the facts surrounding the claim left a lasting impression on the executive team. Recognizing her potential, the firm invited her to join the team – an opportunity she gladly accepted.

Today, Tiba works alongside the firm’s case managers to help guide motor vehicle accident cases through the pre-litigation process while continuing to build the knowledge and experience needed to become a Case Manager at Avalon Law Firm.
