Alon Aliav serves as the founding partner and principal attorney of Avalon Law Firm, bringing over a decade of personal injury experience dedicated to protecting the rights of injured individuals throughout California.

A Los Angeles native, Alon earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA before obtaining his Juris Doctor with honors from Southwestern Law School. Early in his legal career, Alon represented major insurance companies on the defense side, gaining valuable insight into how carriers evaluate claims and develop their strategies. Today, he uses that experience to anticipate defense tactics, effectively advocate for his clients, and pursue the compensation they deserve.

Alon’s dedication to his clients and the legal profession has earned him recognition among his peers, including being named to the Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers in 2022 and being consistently recognized as a Super Lawyers honoree from 2020 through 2025.

Fluent in English and Hebrew, Alon is committed to serving his clients, family, and community. Outside of the courtroom, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active on the basketball court.
